"Krysia is the best. I live out of state, and she sold my parents home in Slocomb that had been sitting empty for 18 months. She and her team took care of finding someone to clean the home and take care of the yard, among other things. She told me she wanted to take as much off my plate as possible, and she absolutely did. (I didn't have to make a single trip to Alabama in prepping the house for sale.) In addition, she communicated her plan for marketing the home clearly, and she was always quick to respond when I had a question. I am so thankful she was our realtor."

"I will start by saying you will NOT find a better realtor that checks all the boxes and I PROMISE you I’m not just saying that. I’ll start from the beginning. I recently just moved to my current area from another state so I didn’t know anybody in the area that could refer me to a realtor. I started my search first in person, I didn’t have any luck with anyone that I liked and felt comfortable doing business with. I took my search online and realized I had my work cut out for me. It was so many choices, I looked at so many profiles. Out of all the profiles, Krysia’s stood out to me for one simple reason...she took the time to fill out her profile describing her bio and experience as a realtor. This was important to me because it showed me that she would be willing to go the extra mile for me as a client. When I contacted her about my interest, she contacted the same day and we set up an appointment. The bonus for me was I contacted her on the weekend and she actually replied. She didn’t wait until Monday. I was brand new to the home buying process, I didn’t know a thing. From the beginning, Krysia walked me through every step with no problem. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted but she was so patient and understanding. I truly felt like she listened to me every time I told her my preferences. Every option she sent me, she explained exactly why she sent it to me and it was relevant to my preferences that we discussed constantly. She sent me so many options which helped me narrow down exactly what I wanted and didn’t want. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed to make an immediate purchase just so she could make some money. I truly felt that her biggest priority was to help me find a house that I loved and could afford. She was responsive and answered every question I had no matter what how silly/stupid it may have been. Her negotiation skills is out of this world to say the least. I felt comfortable with her the entire process, my mom couldn’t stop raving about how knowledgeable and helpful she was. Anything that she did not know, she got the answer for me within 24 hours. Krysia was personable but very professional. I could go on and on but I think you understand that Krysia should definitely be #1 on your list. If you don’t believe me, experience her work for yourself. Again, you will NOT be disappointed. Krysia I have told you hundreds of times...thank you for everything! I love my home, the location and the neighborhood; all things that were important to me."
